• Generates ideas and drive thought-leaderships for new services and product enhancements.
• Leads requirement definition, coordinate with the Segment Leads/ Owners and other stakeholders on prioritizing features.
• Translates market needs into product strategy and product requirements.
• Monitors and maintains expertise in the competitive landscape and react, adjust, or capitalize on accordingly.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders on product management and development, go to market strategy setting and implementation, product pricing, business case construction and justification.
• Facilitates product design and development of engagement and conversion-driving features.
• Provides input and recommendations on customer experience, customer engagement and key KPIs for Lyhour products.
• Keeps up to speed with Customer and Technology trends, customer behavior & the broader mobile product landscape though insight and desk research.
• Presents recommendations on potential product modifications based on data analytics.
• Gathers requirements and set up reporting dashboards and presentations for key stakeholders based on the business requirements.
• Monitors, measures, analyzes and reports on performance data to identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, increase conversion, and optimize efficiencies.
• Partners with cross-functional teams on product/ devices campaigns and ensure calendar/ plan alignment.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to lead product development efforts, identify synergies, propose the most efficient solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
